It wouldn't be wrong to say that everybody's looking for the best weight loss system to achieve their dream body.

Many different fad diets, supplements, and miracle programs have been circulating, and choosing one of the many can be confusing.

Which of the many IS the best weight loss system that will deliver results in the quickest manner?

When it comes to the training side of things, a combination of weight training and intense cardio is the best weight loss system you could possibly use.

You can burn fat for hours even after you stop exercising by doing short periods of high intensity cardiovascular exercise, which is the best. The intense nature of these sessions "spikes" your metabolism into action and dramatically increases your resting fat burning rate. Traditional, slow-paced cardio doesn't work in this manner.

High intensity cardio exercises also last for shorter durations. Spending 15 minutes on cardio is much more preferable than spending 45.

You may be under the impression that more is better, but longer cardio workouts actually increase your risk of injury and can end up wasting away more lean muscle mass. Losing muscle is detrimental to your weight loss goals because muscle burns calories even while you are at rest.

Given the above, the best weight loss system that you can employ, when talking about the cardio side of things, involves high intensity/low duration cardiovascular exercises. Ideally, cardio sessions should last 10 to 20 minutes and demand a maximum amount of effort for that period of time.

The next activity you will want to implement is a good solid weight training regimen.

Weight training stimulates the growth of lean muscle tissue and helps to maintain it, which is why it is so important. Muscle tissue is metabolically active; this means that it helps your body burn extra calories throughout the day. Your metabolic rate is directly related to the amount of muscle on your body.

In sum, if you're searching for the best weight loss system, look for one that combines weight training with intense cardiovascular exercise.

It's best to do both workouts in one sitting, so whenever possible, perform weight training followed by intense cardio. If so inclined, you could choose to do extra cardio sessions on days when you are off from the gym. Your goals will determine your routine, but you could implement one in which you do three days of weight training followed by high intensity cardio and a fourth day of only intense cardio.

For beginners, it's best to begin with the basic three combined weight training sessions, with a high intensity cardio session at the end. As your body accustoms itself to exercise, you can add additional high intensity cardio sessions to the system.

Pay attention to your body to determine if you are pushing too hard. If your workouts leave you feeling really tired or run down, you may need to scale back. You'll be able to increase your fat loss if you can include an extra cardio session without significant negative effects.
